Craig here! I have to make sure to use lots of flowery language in these posts. Apparently adjectives are important according to GDM Jay. I’m not sure what an adjective is, but GDM Christopher doesn’t really seem to care. The guys also talk about whether or not to pull a critical hit or to stick with it. Also, do random encounters matter or not and how to make them not suck. Food for thought, or something of that nature.
Follow the Grumpy Dungeon Masters on your favorite social media platform, links below! Be sure to join us every Saturday at 8pm EST on Twitch for our Live Play D&D session of Rime of the Frostmaiden.
If you are looking for a new gaming chair. GDM highly suggest a new Killabee Gaming Chair. GDM Christopher and three of the Frostmaiden players each have one. They are the best chair you can get with more options than any other gaming chair!

I only had two tpks since 1980. The dice love the players. During the Candlekeep Rocket quest, All the pcs dropped due their actions. One PC was at -2 +2, All others were at -2 +1 death saves when one player rolled a Nat 20 which save the four pcs. I do roll up in the open. DMs fall between it is a game vs it is a story span of DMs.
Monsters go last depends on night. But generally the pcs go first. I even let my players choose which d20s I use per night. Plans. My players give me their plans, then change it after the round starts.
Letting the PCs choose your dice. Interesting! I may have to try that, lol
